Term 1 2026
- Explore new Foundation Levels A to D for Critical and Creative Thinking, Personal and Social Capability, Health and Physical Education and the Arts. You can use this curriculum content to plan inclusive teaching and learning programs that support the learning of students with intellectual disability and learning delays. Find supporting resources on the relevant Resources pages.
- Investigate new links between achievement standard extracts and content descriptions for Design and Technologies, Science, Critical and Creative Thinking, Ethical Capability, Intercultural Capability and Personal and Social Capability. We are progressively adding these links across all curriculum areas.
- Curriculum area map templates are now available for Chinese, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Modern Greek and Spanish. Find them on the relevant Resource page or search the Resource Hub.
- Get inspired by all the high-quality curriculum-aligned resources in the Resource Hub. Keep coming back because we’ll be adding new planning and teaching resources across Term 1 2026.

Fundamental to learning across the curriculum are the 3 foundational skills, which describe observable skills required for learning, while the 3 cross-curriculum priorities add national, regional and global perspectives.
