The Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) is a statutory authority established under the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 (Vic). All personal information collected by the VCAA is handled in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).

The VCAA collects personal and health information about an individual to enable it to perform its statutory functions and comply with its legal responsibilities.
